Welcome to KC-SAAS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered voice communication and business automation platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1.4 Workspace means the organizational unit within the Service where your business data, contacts, and configurations are stored.
1.5 Sub-Account means a secondary workspace created under a primary account, typically used by agencies for client management.
1.6 AI Agent / Voice Bot means the artificial intelligence-powered voice assistant configured within the Service.
1.7 Credits means the usage units used to measure and bill for voice call minutes and other metered services.
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
2.2 Account Creation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
2.4 One Account Per User. Unless expressly permitted, multiple accounts are prohibited and may be suspended or terminated.

4.2 Credits System. One credit equals one minute of call time. Rates vary by plan.
4.3 Payment Terms. Payments are processed via Stripe and charged automatically.
4.4 Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before renewal.
4.5 Auto-Refill. Credit balances may auto-replenish if enabled.
4.6 Refunds. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4.7 Price Changes. Pricing changes require 30 days’ notice.

9.4 Billing. Agencies handle client billing independently.
10.1 AS IS. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
10.2 No Warranty. All implied warranties are disclaimed.
10.3 AI Limitations. AI responses may be inaccurate.
10.4 Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10.5 Telecommunications. Call quality is not guaranteed.
11.1 Limitation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11.2 Liability Cap. Liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
11.3 Exceptions. Some limitations may not apply.
You agree to indemnify KC-SAAS against claims arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, Content, or telecommunications activities.
